Après avoir été longtemps dans l’ombre de Joey Negro, le claviériste Michele Chiavarini a commencé en 2013 à signer ses propres titres.

Staring At The Sun fait partie de ces productions sur lesquelles on accroche dès les premières secondes.

Spanish guitare très acoustique, joué réaliste avec l’enregistrement des effets de jeu, la qualité de la partie fretted de l’Original Mix y est sans doute pour beaucoup, je crois.

Le titre semble accélérer sur le refrain et la voix de Pete Simpson vous transporte tout le long du morceau.

L’Instrumental nous permettra d’apprécier notamment les strings disco à la Sunburst Band et les autres subtilités choisies dans les arrangements.

Aucune hésitation à avoir, une des bombes de la rentrée.
