DJ/Producer, former BBC Radio 1Xtra on-air personality & Director of A&R for Defected Records turned artist manager and all around super guy Aaron Ross gets back in the studio and teams up with Lem Springsteen (Mood II Swing) and a couple other notable writers Drew Kingsbury & Guy Robin, to bring us his latest tour de force. « No More Lies » is a straight up vocal House record in the truest sense and features the sweet dreamy vocals of new-comer April. An old school acoustic funky house Stars on King Street version is offered as well as a deeper, more pumped-up King Street Club Mix, and a nice rubbery twangy, slightly acid-sprinkled mix by UK producer DJ Rosta. Nice package all around.

Pas d’infos sur la chanteuse April apparemment « nouvelle dans le business ».

Le Stars On King Street Mix et son instrumental nous offrent un son plutôt funky et chaud comme l’été.

Le King Street Mix et le dub sont malheureusement décevants je trouve… trop froid pour mes petites oreilles.
